About The Position

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring janitorial workers for a professional setting in Downtown KC. This role is for Union Buildings, and Union Dues are required after 90 days of employment. The position offers a competitive wage of $15.25/hr. plus a $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
