This role is responsible for making the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The position ensures exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests. Responsibilities include overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping supplies stocked. The role also involves presenting and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture, answering guest questions with knowledge of the hotel and area, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
