We are hiring a Breakfast Associate to prepare and serve breakfast, maintain the buffet, and deliver excellent guest service. This is a key role in ensuring our guests start their day happy and satisfied.

Requirements

  • Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
  • Prior experience in food service required
  • Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
  • Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
  • Prepare and serve dinner
  • Maintain prep/cooking areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Empty trash and maintain kitchen in a clean, organized, and safe condition
  • Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
  • Represent MCHG positively in the community
