This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, specifically overseeing the 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” through food preparation and clean-up. The attendant will maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensure food safety standards are met, and keep supplies stocked. A high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality is expected to promote the Drury culture. The role also involves answering guest questions about the hotel, area, and events, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
