This position is responsible for making the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The role involves ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area. The attendant must ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked. A high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality is expected to promote the Drury culture. The role also includes answering guest questions about the hotel, area, and events, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
