This role involves setting the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception. The attendant will ensure cleanliness, stocking, and guest-readiness of buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment. They will greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude, handle questions or concerns professionally, and assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas. Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, monitoring food quality, proper storage, and temperature are crucial. The role requires teamwork to ensure smooth service, communication during shift changes, and following all safety, security, and company policies.

Requirements

Great attitude and love teamwork.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Nice To Haves

Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
Communicate key updates during shift changes.
Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed.
