This position is responsible for making our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The role involves ensuring exceptional, positive experiences for diverse team members and guests, overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and lobby area. The Cook/Attendant must ensure food safety standards are met, supplies are fully stocked, and uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture. Additionally, the role requires answering guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events, and providing courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
