About The Position

We are seeking an Evening Corporate Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations during the evening shift, Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 11pm. This role involves supervising and supporting security officers, monitoring facility access and surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate security and a proven ability to lead a team effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Shift Supervisor
• Experience in Corporate Security
• Must possess a valid SORA license or be willing to obtain one
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Reliable, self-motivated and adaptable with a flexible schedule
• Expected to work a flexible schedule, including Weekends and Holidays.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Familiarity with report writing
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Monitor facility access, surveillance systems, and security procedures
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports
• Conduct patrols and inspections of the property
• Train, coach, and evaluate security staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary
• Maintain shift schedules and coverage
