About The Position

The Evening Corporate Shift Supervisor will supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts, monitor facility access, surveillance systems, and security procedures. This role involves responding to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations, preparing daily activity and incident reports, and conducting patrols and inspections of the property. The supervisor will also train, coach, and evaluate security staff performance, ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, and coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary. Maintaining shift schedules and coverage is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Shift Supervisor
• Experience in Corporate Security
• Must possess a valid SORA license or be willing to obtain one
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Reliable, self-motivated and adaptable with a flexible schedule
• Expected to work a flexible schedule, including Weekends and Holidays.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Familiarity with report writing
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
