About The Position

The Evening Cleaner ensures that all ballrooms, dining room, bars, bakery, and service halls are cleaned and sanitized according to company standards. The role also includes general cleaning duties throughout the facility. The listed hours are 4:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations, including resolving customer conflicts.
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean ballrooms, dining room, bars, bakery, and service halls during closed hours.
• Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the facility.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
