About The Position

The Cleaner performs general housekeeping at assigned worksites in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Specific jobsite assignments may vary. The role involves maintaining the sanitation and organization of assigned areas, keeping supplies maintained, and supporting other areas with additional housekeeping duties as needed to fulfill client satisfaction. The Cleaner reports to the onsite supervisor daily and reports to the Regional Manager. The position is non-exempt and pays $15.92 per hour. The English listing gives availability Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, subject to change; the Spanish listing gives Monday through Friday, 2:45 PM–10:45 PM, subject to change.

Requirements

• Complete required clearances, including a background check and FBI fingerprinting.
• Have access to reliable transportation.
• Have cleaning experience in some capacity.
• Be available during work hours.
• Be willing to work at changing jobsite assignments.
• Perform strenuous physical tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and complete repetitive duties with attention to safety and quality.
• The role may require prolonged standing or lifting; lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–100 pounds; and frequent bending, kneeling, or reaching.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, surface sanitization, and bathroom cleaning.
• Report to the onsite supervisor daily.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Maintain supplies and report when additional supplies are needed.
• Assist in other areas and perform additional housekeeping duties as needed to fulfill client satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional work ethic and proactive attitude.
