About The Position

Saint Luke’s Hospital on the Plaza is seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Teacher to join their early childhood education team. This candidate would be floating to all classrooms. As an Childcare Teacher, you’ll be an active participant in shaping the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care. You’ll lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, foster curiosity, and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum. The schedule for this Full Time Evening position is 11:30am-8:00pm Monday- Friday.

Requirements

• 1 year of applicable experience
• Associate Degree
• Confidence in leading activities
• Responsiveness to children's individual needs
• Commitment to building strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and collaboration
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification
