About The Position

This role focuses on creating technical content, including video tutorials, live coding demonstrations, and implementation guides, to help developers integrate AI development tools, specifically Amazon Q Developer, into their workflows. The content will cover modernizing legacy applications, building full-stack architectures, and demonstrating practical workflows across multiple programming languages. The goal is to address the unique challenges faced by front-end developers, backend engineers, and full-stack teams when adopting AI-assisted development. The position involves identifying gaps between developer needs and current tooling, influencing product roadmaps based on developer feedback, contributing to open-source projects, and creating guides for productivity improvements. The content will be published across various platforms like YouTube, AWS-owned properties, Twitch, LinkedIn, and other social media channels, using tools such as OBS, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite. The development environments demonstrated will primarily include Kiro IDE and Kiro CLI, but may also cover other tools like IntelliJ IDEA. The role has no sales quota or revenue targets and is focused on enabling developers through hands-on, conceptual, architectural, and pattern-based learning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Employer will accept five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree and three years of experience.
Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) hands-on experience developing demonstrations and proofs of concept for Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI), Data Engineering, DevOps and Infrastructure, Security, Solution Architecture or Web Applications; (2) experience working in a developer relations, engineering, or technical executive role; and (3) presenting technology platforms to prospective business partners.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

Build in-depth video tutorials, live coding demonstrations, and detailed implementation guides that help developers integrate these tools into their daily workflows.
Create comprehensive technical content showcasing Amazon Q Developer and related AI development tools.
Focus on long-form technical content that shows complete problem-solving scenarios like modernizing legacy applications or building full-stack architectures.
Demonstrate building full applications, creating integration patterns for existing development environments, and showing practical workflows across multiple programming languages.
Develop content specifically for front-end developers, backend engineers, and full-stack teams, addressing the unique challenges each group faces when adopting AI-assisted development.
Through hands-on coding and community engagement, identify gaps between developer needs and current tooling capabilities.
Work directly with engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on real developer feedback, contribute to open-source projects, and build guides that help developers achieve measurable productivity improvements.
Create in-depth video tutorials by researching, scripting, and producing structured technical content that teaches developers how to use AI-assisted development tools, frameworks, workflows, and other services in real-world scenarios.
Publish and distribute tutorials across multiple platforms including YouTube, AWS-owned properties, Twitch, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Build technical and educational tutorials to improve developer experience by helping developers understand and adopt modern developer tools, services, and best practices.
