About The Position

Hera is creating a new profession in healthcare called the Hero, a dedicated senior care expert for families. Heroes educate, coordinate, and advocate for vulnerable populations. The company is covered by insurance and aims to serve every family in America. Hera is building healthcare's most trusted interface, focusing on trust during emotionally charged moments and promising care that is great enough for one's own parents. The founding team has secured a $7M seed round led by Accel and has experienced significant revenue growth through partnerships with Weill Cornell, NYU Langone, and Mount Sinai. The team operates in person in NYC and values truth found in the field, working alongside Heroes daily. They foster a high-autonomy, trust-based environment where individuals are empowered to identify and solve problems.
