Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or a GED Equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of all related computer and software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Willing and able to work both weekdays and weekends, typically in four (4) hour afternoon shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Currently enrolled in an undergrad or graduate degree program in a related field.
- Possession of an undergrad or graduate degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Interview Zoo guests and accurately record both quantitative and qualitative data on a tablet.
- Be aware of current and upcoming Zoo events. Provide accurate and helpful information to guests requesting information or assistance.
- Assist with data collection for other studies as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
