About The Position
The EV Leader will report in a timely manner to the Production Manager on all daily functions of their department. This position is responsible for performing daily inspections and audits of the department to ensure associates and equipment are performing in accordance to the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) while maintaining company standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Associate must be able to work independently
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Able to work well with associates’ needs
- Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to work for long periods of time from standing and occasional bending throughout the workday
- Able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal
- 6 months work history
- Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire
- 90 days (3 months) waiting period
