About The Position

Join a collaborative End User Computing (EUC) team responsible for delivering secure, modern, and reliable workplace technology solutions across the enterprise. Our team manages endpoint platforms, device lifecycle services, operating system engineering, software deployment, identity management, and mobility solutions. We partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, and Business Technology teams to ensure employees have a seamless and productive technology experience.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows OS engineering, software packaging, and enterprise endpoint management.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy administration, mobile device management, endpoint security, and compliance best practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOE images, managing application deployments, and supporting desktop and mobile technologies in large-scale environments.
• Working knowledge of JAMF Pro administration for macOS/iOS devices and PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms using Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Group Policy, and JAMF.
• Create, test, and support Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images, software packages, operating system deployments, and endpoint security configurations.
• Manage software distribution, mobile device management, compliance policies, device enrollment, and lifecycle management activities.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, implement security controls, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance end-user services.
