About The Position

The EUC Analyst I is to be responsible for providing tier-1 client hardware and application support. The position will complete traditional incidents (break/fix) and service requests with a focus on providing field-based support. The position also supports project rollouts as necessary.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of desktop support experience including work in a customer-facing role.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree from accredited college, substantial experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Microsoft client and server technologies expertise including Windows 11, Office Suite, M365 services, Windows Server, Active Directory and Configuration Manager (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support of end-user client hardware including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Provide support of end-user client operating systems.
  • Provide support of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD services including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Azure MFA/Self-Service.
  • Provide support of Cloud-based telephony services.
  • Coordinate employee provisioning and termination.
  • Perform new hire employee orientation training on use of IT hardware and IT services.
  • Perform annual desktop and laptop refresh process.
  • Find opportunities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Consistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
