About The Position

The EUC Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, enrollment, configuration, issuance, and reclamation of 500+ company-issued Apple iOS devices (iPhone/iPad). This role implements strategies to achieve organizational and Information Technology goals, revises and sustains policies, procedures, and programs, and typically works on projects and initiatives spanning 3-12 months. The position involves administering and maintaining device policies, configuration profiles, and compliance settings within Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM), ensuring devices remain enrolled, compliant, and aligned with security standards. It also includes managing the organization's AT&T wireless account, providing entry-level support for the End User Computing team, and ensuring the quality of technical solutions through testing and root cause analysis. The analyst must maintain current knowledge of Apple iOS/iPadOS platforms, MDM tooling, and carrier services, while also developing and sustaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation. Project and change management skills are essential for planning and managing work, adapting to change, and serving as a subject matter expert. The role requires independent problem-solving of moderate to advanced complexity with light supervision and the application of professional principles and skills within the area of specialization. Additionally, the analyst will champion community engagement initiatives and serve as an ambassador for Goodwill.

Requirements

  • Two years of college education or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience with mobile device management platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Apple devices (iPhone/iPad) and mobile technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with carrier account management.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage accurate asset inventory across a large and growing device fleet.
  • Ability to travel between Goodwill locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • AT&T wireless experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, enrollment, configuration, issuance, and reclamation of 500+ company-issued Apple iOS devices (iPhone/iPad).
  • Maintains accurate asset inventory and all associated documentation.
  • Develops and sustains standard operating procedures for the full device lifecycle.
  • Administers and maintains device policies, configuration profiles, and compliance settings within Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Ensures all managed devices remain enrolled, compliant, and aligned with organizational security standards and controls.
  • Manages the organization’s AT&T wireless account including line activations and deactivations, plan administration, invoice review and reconciliation, and ongoing optimization of carrier services.
  • Provides entry-level support for the End User Computing team, including help desk ticket resolution, hardware staging and provisioning, peripheral management, and active participation in organization-wide equipment rollouts.
  • Ensures the quality of Goodwill technical solutions through testing, root cause analysis, and appropriate security and controls as they pertain to mobile device management and end user computing.
  • Maintains current knowledge of Apple iOS / iPadOS platforms, MDM tooling, and carrier services.
  • Develops and sustains standard operating procedures and technical documentation for mobile device lifecycle processes.
  • Effectively plans and manages own work to reliably complete routine job responsibilities and special assignments.
  • May serve as a team member or subject matter expert on formal projects or within the department.
  • Effectively engages in change affecting her/him, communicating appropriately with supervisor.
  • Follows through on learning, skill building, and practice necessary to adapt to change.
