ETRM System Analyst
About The Position
Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading. This role involves daily application support for Allegro, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. The analyst will also be responsible for system configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring. Additionally, the role includes performing small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL, as well as documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams. This is an experienced ETRM System Analyst role with strong US Power market expertise, focused on providing technical support and small-scale development for Allegro to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET
- Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)
- US Power market knowledge
- SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries
- Basic Windows Server administration
- Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment
