About The Position

Clinical trials at UniSC play a vital role in advancing safe, ethical, and impactful health research. As an Ethics and Regulatory Officer within UniSC Clinical Trials, you will support the coordination and delivery of ethics and governance processes across a growing clinical trials network. Working closely with the Regulatory and Start-Up Manager and broader clinical team, you will help ensure all studies meet ICH Good Clinical Practice, ethical requirements, and regulatory standards, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals. Requirements

A relevant degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training in health science, biomedical science, or a related field.
Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and clinical research governance frameworks.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
Understanding of privacy principles relating to health information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Support the ethics and governance submission process across the clinical trials network, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate documentation, reporting, and tracking activities to support timely approvals and accurate study management.
Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of essential regulatory and ethics documentation across clinical trial projects.
