About The Position
An established, growing heavy civil contractor in the Seattle market is seeking an Estimator to join its preconstruction department. The company has been operating for 30 years and is described as having a strong culture, multiple employees with more than 15 years of tenure, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a focus on project quality and safety. The position requires the ability to estimate site development, earthwork, and underground utilities, and the candidate must be able to live in Seattle or North Seattle.
Requirements
- Construction-related degree required.
- Ability to estimate site development, earthwork, and underground utilities required.
- Ability to live in Seattle or North Seattle required.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with HCSS, Agtek, Bid2Win, or similar estimating software is heavily preferred.
