About The Position

Multi-Action Communication is seeking a motivated, meticulous, and driven Estimator to join their national team. This role is ideal for someone seeking professional challenges in a dynamic and constantly evolving manufacturing environment. The company is an international organization with 18 manufacturing sites across North America.

Requirements

• Proven estimating experience (preferably in a manufacturing and/or technical environment).
• Detail-oriented and high analytical skills.
• Proficient at completing analysis and reports using Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to use computer tools (Microsoft Office, accounting, CRM, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an estimator in a manufacturing company would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the work to be estimated by gathering all information from internal sales.
• Obtain material pricing and perform cost analysis.
• Review product specifications to accurately determine material quantities required.
• Write quotes and other documents accurately to create and submit proposals to clients.
• Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with other departments such as sales, planning, purchasing, customer service, production, and shipping.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
