About The Position

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler Intern – Summer 2027 to join our Denver, CO office. This role supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully. The intern will perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities. Additionally, they will assist with the production of project Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, time extension analysis, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring. The position also involves maintaining project records and databases, validating project information, preparing reports and analyses, and supporting project communication and decision-making. Collaboration with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers is essential to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have completed 60 hours towards an engineering or construction management degree from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
  • Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.

  • Prior internship experience in construction preferred
