About The Position

Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Estimator / Business Development Specialist with expertise in demolition and trucking. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include project assessment, developing bids and proposals, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to company growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Project Estimation skills, including the ability to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for demolition and trucking projects.
• Business Development and Sales expertise with a proven track record in identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to demolition and trucking.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in using project management and estimation software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the construction, demolition, or trucking industry preferred.
