About The Position

RRD’s Corporate Estimating and Pricing Development Program is a two-year, entry-level rotational program intended to develop associates for careers in estimating and pricing. Participants gain an understanding of RRD and the role of estimating and pricing through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program includes four rotations across Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts. After completing the program, associates ideally move into an Estimating/Pricing role on a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Experience estimating costs, margins, or markups.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four rotations across Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts.
• Gain hands-on experience in estimating and pricing and learn about RRD’s business.
• Manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
