About The Position

Paul Mitchell The School Temecula is seeking a passionate, energetic, and motivated Esthetics Instructor to help shape the next generation of skincare professionals. As an Esthetics Instructor, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment. You'll guide students through classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and clinic floor coaching while helping them develop the technical skills, professionalism, and confidence needed for successful careers in esthetics. Your responsibilities will include teaching esthetics theory and practical applications, mentoring students, evaluating progress, supporting student achievement, and maintaining a positive and productive classroom culture. Requirements

• Current California Esthetician License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education, coaching, and student success
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
