About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring an Esthetician, described in the posting as a Wax Specialist, to provide body waxing services using its Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. The role focuses on helping guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable through excellent service. Centers offer an upbeat, professional, team-driven environment, and paid training is provided to help employees learn and master full-body waxing. The position is located at 10442 Town Center Drive, Suite 500, Westminster, Colorado 80021. Flexible availability is required, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted through 10/31/2026, although the role may be filled earlier. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs require.

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the applicable location.
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and reach items stored at various heights.

Nice To Haves

• Waxing experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide body waxing services using Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products.
• Help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable through excellent service.
• Recommend products, services, and wax passes to guests.
• Learn and master full-body waxing through paid training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory or management personnel.
