About The Position

This is a full-time esthetician position embedded in a medical spa and wellness center. You will perform advanced skin treatments on a consistent schedule of paying clients in a clean, protocol-driven environment, alongside a small clinical team. The role rewards both technical skill and client relationship development: your base pay is stable, and your commission earnings scale with your production across services, products, memberships, and additional treatments.

Requirements

  • Active Colorado esthetician or advanced esthetician license in good standing.
  • 1-2+ years hands-on, post-licensure experience working on paying clients in a spa, medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
  • Day-1 confidence performing independently: advanced and custom facials, extractions, light-medium chemical peels, dermaplaning, and basic device-based facial treatments.
  • Consistent sanitation discipline and the ability to clearly describe your process.
  • Full-time Tue-Sat availability including at least two evenings per week and most Saturdays.
  • Comfort with a performance-based compensation component tied to service revenue and product sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery environment.
  • Experience with advanced skincare lines and tailored product recommendations.
  • Comfort discussing memberships, packages, and treatment plans.
  • Interest in expanding scope into additional advanced services over time.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced facial treatments independently: custom and corrective facials, extractions, light-medium chemical peels, dermaplaning, and device-based treatments including microdermabrasion and body contouring treatments (with training).
  • Conduct thorough client consultations: skin analysis, treatment planning, realistic outcomes education, and clear pre- and post-care instructions.
  • Build client relationships and drive retention: rebook clients, recommend home-care routines and products in a consultative, non-pushy way.
  • Maintain a clean, compliant treatment room: sanitation and infection control per Colorado state board regulations and OSHA standards, documented accurately.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team: partner with front desk and providers to keep daily flow smooth; contribute to opening/closing tasks and center events.
  • Work toward clear performance goals: average service revenue per client, product sales, and rebooking rate, while always keeping the client’s best interest first.

Benefits

  • Total comp potential above base: tips plus a tiered commission on services, products, memberships, and additional treatments that scales with your production.
  • Clinical environment with real protocols: physician-led standards, documented service delivery - not just a spa-style treatment menu.
  • Consistent Tue-Sat schedule, no retail floor rotations, no unpredictable hours.
  • Growth path: exposure to the full 4Ever Young service menu and opportunities to expand your scope with training and supervision over time.
  • A team you can actually work with: small collaborative environment where your contribution is visible and your clients are yours to build.
