Our immersive, award-winning locations (Fig Bars) offer an innovative range of 30-minute, technology-driven facial treatments and medical aesthetics injections alongside a curated assortment of skincare products. Responsibilities

• Perform thoughtful skin consultations, educate guests on treatments to address their skin concerns, and recommend personalized post-treatment skin regimens and products.
• Deliver a variety of high-tech treatments, following the Fig protocols to ensure a consistently high standard of service in a professional atmosphere.
• Proactively educate guests about products, memberships, and promotions to drive sales to meet and exceed monthly Fig Bar sales targets.
• Ensure guest safety, maintain accurate guest documentation and smooth flow of guest care.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization and cleanliness of the Fig Bar.
• Partner with the Guest Experience and Medical teams to identify opportunities for enhanced experiences.
• Support community-building efforts by participating in events hosted at your Fig Bar location. This may include welcoming guests, performing or leading treatments, guiding attendees through skincare processes, and showcasing products to enhance the guest experience.
• Be present and punctual for scheduled shifts, as attendance is critical for our operations and ensuring a high level of service for our guests.
