About The Position

As an afternoon-evening Esthetician, you will provide professional skincare services and treatments while creating a welcoming and personalized experience for our guests. This afternoon-evening focused role is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys helping guests unwind after a day of adventure, travel, or work.

Requirements

Current New Hampshire Esthetician License in good standing.
Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and current industry trends.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to multitask is essential with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication style and out-going personality.
Ability to provide all of Cascade Spa's facial treatments and services.

Nice To Haves

Previous spa, salon, resort, or wellness experience preferred.
HydraFacial Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform professional facial treatments, skincare services, and waxing services.
Conduct guest consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Educate guests on skincare products and at-home care routines.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with spa cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities.
Accurately document guest treatments and preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must attend all education trainings.
Ability to work in an environment infused with a variety of scents/aromatherapy.
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties.
