About The Position

As a PM Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage and body treatments while creating a welcoming, relaxing, and personalized experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is skilled, compassionate, and committed to outstanding service. This role is with Mill Falls Resort Collection, a lakefront resort destination in New Hampshire.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Massage Therapy license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous spa, resort, or wellness center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and other specialized treatments.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Create a calm, safe, and therapeutic environment for guests.
• Maintain treatment rooms according to spa cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Accurately document treatments and guest preferences.
• Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
• Collaborate with spa and resort team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
