Requirements
- Esthetician License: A valid esthetician license is required.
- Experience: Whether you're new to the industry or have 5+ years of experience, we welcome applicants at all levels. We have the tools and resources to help you succeed and grow.
- Passion for Skincare: A genuine love for skincare and a desire to help others look and feel their best.
- Client-Centered Approach: A compassionate, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service and creating a positive, lasting impression.
- Availability: Must be available evenings and weekends, with the possibility to work between our Gilbertsville and Perkiomenville locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Skincare: Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including but not limited to facials, peels, and skin consultations, ensuring each client receives personalized care to achieve their skincare goals.
- Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and retain a loyal client base by providing expert service and cultivating a professional, welcoming environment.
- Achieve Sales & Commission Goals: Maximize your earning potential by recommending and selling high-quality skincare products and services to clients.
- Ongoing Education & Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in skincare by participating in our free, advanced training and internal education programs.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other salon and MedSpa professionals to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain our high standards of service and professionalism.
