About The Position

Requirements

Current Esthetician license required
Previous spa, salon, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong guest service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed

Responsibilities

Perform facials, skincare treatments, and other esthetic services as offered by the spa
Consult with guests about skincare needs, preferences, and goals
Recommend appropriate products and home care routines
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
Follow all safety, sanitation, and licensing standards
Provide excellent guest service from start to finish
Support spa operations, scheduling flow, and team needs as needed
Stay current on spa services, product knowledge, and treatment protocols
