Esthetician / Skincare Specialist (Spa + Med Spa) at Hiatus Day Spa + Med Spa, a luxury spa brand in Texas with 9 locations and over 11,000 loyal members. Requirements
- Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
- 2 years minimum esthetician experience
- Experience in a spa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and guest service
- Strong retail and client relationship skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform professional facials, peels, and skincare treatments
- Deliver consistent, results-driven services using Hiatus protocols and techniques
- Customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals and needs
- Educate guests on long-term skincare and wellness routines
- Provide luxury-level hospitality and customer service
- Help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit
- Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members
- Recommend professional skincare products and home-care routines
- Meet monthly retail and performance goals
- Promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services
- Encourage guest referrals and repeat visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene treatment room
- Prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies
- Assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins
