About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks an Esthetician to join their talented team. This role is part of a team that fosters connection, celebrates character, and develops craftsmanship. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to guests, ensuring a high level of hospitality and professionalism. The position requires a strong understanding of various treatment protocols, waxing, and skin assessments, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of spa areas. The role also involves utilizing reservation systems and adhering to Four Seasons standards.

Requirements

High School diploma
Possess a current Esthetician license from the MN Board of Cosmetology
Minimum two years of experience in a similar high-volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment

Nice To Haves

Advance Practice license preferred
Retail sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong knowledge of various treatment protocols, waxing and skin assessments.
Setup and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services.
Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.
Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities within the treatment room and lounges and ensure immaculate presentation of these items.
Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked with linen and supplies at all times.
Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.
Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.
Adhere to Four Seasons standards and treatment sequences of service.
Properly prepare, operate, and clean/sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms and Spa areas.
Ensure compliance of daily and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of treatment rooms are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
