About The Position

The Pfister Hotel is seeking an Esthetician to join the team at WELL Spa + Salon. This role is ideal for someone who strives to set themselves apart through gracious service, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness and skincare. The Esthetician will be dedicated to helping guests look and feel their very best while delivering exceptional luxury experiences, contributing to the hotel's iconic legacy of hospitality and personalized care.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin Esthetician License in good standing or ability to obtain and maintain required licensing before employment.
Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, product ingredients, sanitation practices, and professional spa standards.
Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform esthetic services requiring repetitive hand, arm, and upper-body movements.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic services, including customized facials, skincare treatments, body treatments, waxing services, and specialty treatments in accordance with WELL Spa standards and guest preferences.
Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess skin conditions, concerns, treatment goals, and contraindications while ensuring guest comfort and safety.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, linens, skincare products, and supplies in a clean, sanitized, and professional condition at all times.
Educate guests on skincare regimens, treatment benefits, and retail product recommendations to support their wellness goals and enhance their overall experience.
Build lasting guest relationships by delivering personalized service, creating a relaxing environment, and contributing to guest retention and satisfaction.
