Esthetician - Face Massage Specialist- Full Time/Part Time

The NOW Massage’s goal is to offer high-quality, customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa. The NOW Massage’s interiors have been recognized by press and influencers for its elevated aesthetic, inspired by exotic destinations from around the world. With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW Massage is looking forward to bringing its thoughtfully crafted menu, healing products and signature design to cities all over the United States.
Requirements
- Desire to be part of a team with an infectious passion for health and wellness
- Active Esthetician license required in state of Illinois. Must present a license / certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
- Strong foundation in : Facial massage techniques, Skin awareness and guest consultation
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all service protocols.
- Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
Responsibilities
- Share the healing power of touch through intentional face massage techniques designed to relax, sculpt, and restore.
- Provide customized face massage services focused on : Relaxation and stress relief, Lymphatic drainage, Facial sculpting and muscle release, Circulation and overall skin vitality
- Educate guests on the benefits of regular face massage as part of their self-care ritual
- Maintain service space to NOW standards (all supplies provided)
- Support a seamless guest experience from consultation through post-service recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to elevate each guest’s visit
