Requirements

• Completed at least 500 hours of massage therapy education.
• Hold (or are eligible for) an Illinois Massage Therapy License.
• Passionate about helping others live healthier, happier lives.
• Love creating exceptional client experiences.
• Committed to learning, growing, and mastering their craft.
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
• 30 hands-on service hours per week
• Minimum of two evening shifts each week
• Minimum of one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized therapeutic massage sessions.
• Build lasting relationships with your clients.
• Recommend wellness plans and follow-up care.
• Help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing education and mentorship.
