The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote, on-demand support for legal projects. Due to increased demand, they are interviewing for a full-time, hybrid, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Orlando area-based Estate Planning/Trust and Litigation Paralegal.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Florida Estate Planning/Trust and Litigation experience
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Case Management
- Drafting pleadings/petitions/notices
- Drafting Estate Plans
- Client communications / follow-up
- Court/JA communication
