Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission and good standing in the state(s) where they are applying.
• At least 3 years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, or business formation.
• An existing solo practice or small firm environment that can integrate this opportunity effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with special needs planning or Medicaid planning is highly preferred.
• Licensure or reciprocity in neighboring states is a plus.

Responsibilities
