About The Position

Affinex Capital is expanding across California and operates an advisor-first platform that provides high-intent, pre-scheduled client appointments. In this role, you meet local clients who have already established a living trust, review their estate plans, and present income-protection solutions. The position uses a structured educational sales model focused primarily on Fixed Indexed Annuities and wealth preservation. It is a 1099, commission-only contract role with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

• Active Life Insurance Producer’s License (required).
• Comfort working in a 1099 contract, commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.
• High coachability and willingness to master a strict, proven educational presentation system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, empathetic terms.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related relationship-driven closing roles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled, in-person appointments with local clients who have recently established living trusts.
• Conduct structured, educational reviews of clients’ financial situations to identify gaps in retirement income.
• Educate clients on risk-managed “safe money” options, primarily Fixed Indexed Annuities, to support wealth preservation.
• Follow the company’s structured educational sales model to maintain client satisfaction and close rates.
• Maintain an active schedule to match the steady flow of pre-set company appointments.
