Reporting to the Security Manager, British Columbia, the ESM (Emergency Security Management) Security Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional security solutions and creating outstanding experiences for our clients and team members. Acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between our clients and security personnel, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of security professionals while ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in building strong client relationships, developing talent, and delivering results. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive reliable, responsive, and value-driven security services that align with their unique operational needs and expectations. Working closely with the ESM Management team, Regional Leaders, and National Account Managers, you will contribute to the growth and success of our operations by identifying opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and promoting ESM’s comprehensive security service offerings in alignment with business development objectives.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, or security guard or investigation training and work experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a loss prevention or security management role.
  • A valid Security License within the applicable province of employment.
  • A valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire security personnel to achieve operational excellence.
  • Passion for creating meaningful connections and providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze challenges from multiple perspectives and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and business documents.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Nimble, Ximble, TrackTik or QR Patrol is an asset.
