About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and student-centered English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to support an Illinois school district. Requirements
- Passion for inclusive education and student success.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL Endorsement.

Responsibilities
- Provide targeted ESL instruction tailored to students’ individual language proficiency levels.
- Support development across listening, speaking, reading, and writing while helping students access grade-level content.
- Work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality support throughout the school day.
- Monitor student progress.
- Maintain documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming learning environment where all students feel supported.
