As an ESG Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our environmental strategies and reporting, measuring GHG data and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will orchestrate our impact reports and support circularity initiatives by mobilizing cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management within ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with a background in project management.
• Strong understanding of GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and proficiency in data management tools (spreadsheets, Looker).
• Excellent organizational skills for complex timelines and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with B Corp certification processes and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, analyze it and act as the primary contact for third-party auditors.
• Lead the project timeline and content development for the annual Altitude Sports Impact Report.
• Manage the B Corp recertification lifecycle to ensure documentation is systematically updated.
• Coordinate with suppliers to achieve an 80% response rate for purchase-related assessments and track non-conformity.
• Maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensure ongoing compliance with evolving ESG standards.
• Provide project management support for circularity initiatives such as the resale platform rollout.
• Facilitate the Environmental Committee by leading meetings and setting standardized tracking tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure transparent, impactful communication of sustainability initiatives.
• Track and present the quarterly ROI of sustainable initiatives to demonstrate business value.
• Optimize processes for Owned Brands and identify internal upskilling opportunities for the team.
