The ESE Paraprofessional - Cluster Aide will implement academic and behavioral instruction and supervision to students independently at the direction of the classroom teacher. This role requires basic knowledge and understanding of children, effective communication skills, and the ability to follow directions. The position involves assisting staff with behavioral management, creating a safe learning environment, and supporting students with personal care and hygiene. The paraprofessional will also assist with record-keeping, instructional material preparation, and assessing student progress. This is a full-time position with 7.5 hours per day, working 10 months a year.
