The position requires preparing the Closing Disclosure and/or Settlement Statement in compliance with all relevant requirements. A Transaction Manager oversees a file from beginning to end, ensuring accurate and timely closing and disbursement of files while providing professional service. They must understand all aspects of a real estate transaction and work with other departments to achieve a successful outcome.
