About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant to support a busy Lennar Title office during a six-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader, contribute immediately, and potentially transition into a long-term role depending on business needs and market conditions. Whether you have experience managing your own escrow files or supporting an escrow team, we're looking for professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional closing experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, Escrow Processor, or similar title industry professional.
  • Residential title and escrow experience required.
  • SoftPro experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the residential closing process.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • SoftPro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate residential real estate transactions from opening through closing.
  • Prepare and review closing packages, escrow documents, and settlement paperwork.
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, builders, and attorneys throughout the transaction.
  • Review title commitments, lender instructions, and closing requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation and conditions are complete prior to closing.
  • Schedule closings and coordinate settlement activities.
  • Assist with balancing files, funding, and post-closing activities based on experience.
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple transactions and deadlines.
