Requirements

Considerable knowledge of escrow practices.
Knowledge of regulations affecting the title insurance and escrow industry.
Demonstrated ability to close all types of escrows as required.
Knowledge of sound management practices to effectively motivate and counsel employees.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
High school diploma with significant experience in real property title, banking, or real estate.

Nice To Haves

Several years of experience in the escrow industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with sales management to plan and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing escrow service revenues.
Overseeing branch escrow accounting functions and reporting any discrepancies to management under corporate guidelines.
Assisting escrow personnel to ensure adherence to good escrow practices and company procedures.
Responding to complex questions regarding escrow and closings.
Collaborating with the Escrow Administrator, as needed, to evaluate and establish uniform procedures.
Keeping management informed of potential claims or loss situations.
