This is an opportunity to bring fresh energy, strong operational leadership, and a clear vision to an established office ready for renewed momentum. This is a true working manager role where you’ll lead the team while maintaining your own escrow pipeline, setting the tone for performance, accountability, and service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Escrow Officer
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to create structure and drive results
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timelines
  • Relationship-focused with a high standard for client service

Nice To Haves

  • Oregon experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full pipeline of escrow transactions, including resale, refinance, and new construction
  • Oversee daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Establish clear processes and expectations to drive consistency and accountability
  • Lead, coach, and develop escrow staff to elevate performance and service delivery
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements that streamline workflow and reduce risk
  • Build and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and clients in the Gresham market
