This is an opportunity to bring fresh energy, strong operational leadership, and a clear vision to an established office ready for renewed momentum. This is a true working manager role where you’ll lead the team while maintaining your own escrow pipeline, setting the tone for performance, accountability, and service.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Escrow Officer
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
Strong operational mindset with the ability to create structure and drive results
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timelines
Relationship-focused with a high standard for client service

Responsibilities

Manage a full pipeline of escrow transactions, including resale, refinance, and new construction
Oversee daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Establish clear processes and expectations to drive consistency and accountability
Lead, coach, and develop escrow staff to elevate performance and service delivery
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements that streamline workflow and reduce risk
Build and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and clients in the Gresham market
